Emmanuel Kamugisha is a highly qualified Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Expert and Social Research Specialist with over 10 years of progressive experience in consultancy, program evaluation, and research across the NGO, public, and private sectors. Emmanuel holds a Master’s in Management Studies (Monitoring & Evaluation) and a Postgraduate Diploma in M&E from the Uganda Management Institute, a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Makerere University, and a Diploma in Counselling and Guidance from the Makerere Institute for Social Development.
Over the past decade, Emmanuel has successfully delivered consultancy services to a wide range of international and national organizations, including UN Women, World Bank, World Vision, Save the Children, GIZ, Action Aid, CARE International, Global Green Growth Institute, Forum for Women in Democracy (FOWODE), Office of the Prime Minister (OPM), and Habitat for Humanity Uganda. His assignments have cut across health, education, livelihoods, gender equality, climate change, governance, humanitarian response, and local government performance assessment.
